Clay Pritchard
Clay was born in Augusta, Georgia, and raised in Barnwell, South Carolina. He has always proudly called the Palmetto State home. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Clay spent two years working as an assistant project manager and estimator for a commercial and industrial construction company.
He later returned to the University of South Carolina to earn his MBA before working in logistics. It was during this time that Clay recognized his strengths were best suited for a career in the legal field. While attending Charleston School of Law, he gained valuable experience as a law clerk working on landlord-tenant disputes, construction defect litigation, and bankruptcy matters.
Following graduation, Clay moved to Myrtle Beach to join the Galbreath Costner team, first serving as a paralegal and later becoming an attorney after being sworn in to the South Carolina Bar in May 2025. Clay appreciates the detail-oriented nature of real estate transactions and is committed to clear communication and practical problem-solving as he helps clients achieve their goal of homeownership along the Grand Strand.
